Development of the first stage of the Northern Gateway Industrial Park commenced in 2021 once CLE Town Planning + Design had successfully seen the project through the rezoning, structure planning and subdivision phases.

The 177-hecatre South Bullsbrook Industrial Estate is the first part of a much larger South Bullsbrook Freight and Industrial Precinct, earmarked as a future industrial hub serving Perth and the South West.

Muchea Industrial Park (MIP) is a 150ha industrial park at the interchange of NorthLink WA’s key arterial connectors - Brand Highway, Great Northern Highway and the newly extended Tonkin Highway. The subdivision is designed to accommodate all manner of industrial uses with a focus on regional distribution and logistics.
CLE Town Planning + Design has assisted Harvis from the scheme amendment stage through to subdivision first stage approval. CLE Town Planning + Design has more recently prepared an amendment to the approved structure plan to accommodate a local service centre, offering local amenity and servicing the daily needs to the catchment population.
