These include the Yanchep South District Centre, Yanchep South Railway Station, Mitchell Freeway access, a mixed use activity corridor, a high school, primary school,  business and mixed use precincts, a range of lot and dwelling types (from R30 to R160) and an extensive interface to a major conservation reserve.

 CLE have been fortunate to be part of a quality team of experts working closely with our Clients, the Department of Planning and the City of Wanneroo to produce a structure plan, subdivision designs and development approvals which embrace the enormous potential of this project.
