Whiteman Edge is the cornerstone of the Brabham precinct in the City of Swan’s Urban Growth Corridor.  This emerging project has been subject of comprehensive sub-regional, district and local structure planning. As the principal planner for Stockland, CLE have been fortunate to operate as a key participant in this process, working closely with the City of Swan and Department of Planning in coordinating land use outcomes.
