Vale

The Vale Estate, developed by Stockland, is located in the Swan Valley on the historic Egerton Farm.  Development of the Estate has focused on recognising the unique cultural and landscape heritage attributes of the site and has included rehabilitation of existing creek lines and retention of mature vegetation along neighbourhood boulevards. Village Centre nodes are strategically located to provide convenient access to community services for all residents.

 Together with Stockland and the Vale Project Team, CLE participated in the production of District and Local Structure Plans and subsequent subdivision design.  Urban design and planning for the Estate incorporates current market trends and best practice principles that have helped establish Vale as one of the City of Swan’s premier residential addresses.

 CLE have been fortunate to act as the lead planners on the project since 2003, and with the project reaching its final stages is a demonstration of a leading master planned community which has received the strong support of the City of Swan and Department of Planning since its inception. Vale is also the recipient of the following awards:

  • 2010 UDIA(WA) Residential Development over 250 lots
  • 2007 UDIA(WA) Environmental Excellence
