CLE understands the importance of preparing commercially and environmentally responsive subdivision design, and the need to interpret in that design the many opportunities and constraints identified through earlier stages in the planning process. Our plans and lot types are prepared in consultation with builders to ensure coordination between the lot and the dwelling, and to ensure that the lot types are responsive to the latest housing trends.
