Scarborough

CLE worked with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) and its consultant team to prepare a Master Plan for the revitalisation of the Scarborough Redevelopment Area. Formulation of the Masterplan involved an extensive consultation process to develop a plan that responded to the aspirations and desires of residents and authorities to deliver a world class beachfront experience.  The Masterplan provides the framework to establish Built Form Design Guidelines and provides guidance for provisions within the Scarborough Redevelopment Scheme currently being prepared by the MRA.  CLE was fortunate to receive support from the MRA and a skilled project team to deliver the planning inputs.
