Northern Gateway Industrial Park

Northern Gateway Industrial Park is one of the State’s most strategic industrial precinct situated in South Bullsbrook, providing an important industrial link between Perth and the north-west of the State.  Northern Gateway Industrial Park provides approximately 430ha of industrial zoned land, and includes provision for a future intermodal transport facility on the western flank.

Northern Gateway Industrial Park is the first ‘priority’ industrial precinct to be rezoned under the State Government’s Economic and Employment Land Strategy, and will provide a strong economic and employment base for the north eastern metropolitan region. Statutory authorities have provided strong support to this project and timely and efficient approvals have been received.

CLE are the lead consultants, working as part of a collaborative team of engineers, environmental scientists and hydrologists to deliver this strategic industrial facility.
