North Two Rocks

Located between the existing Two Rocks town site to the south and the Wilbinga Nature Reserve to the north, and comprising over 1,300 ha of Urban zoned land, North Two Rocks is fast becoming the largest master planned community in Western Australia and a critical component of Perth’s urban land supply.

Working within the framework of the Yanchep – Two Rocks District Structure Plan, CLE, along with a team of experts and strong client support, is responsible for the preparation of a conceptual Master Plan, Local Structure Plans and Activity Centre Structure Plans over the North Two Rocks Area.

Once fully developed, North Two Rocks will deliver a residential community of approximately 19,000 residential dwellings, as well as a full hierarchy of activity centres, coastal facilities, open space, community facilities and a comprehensive public transport network.
