Mandurah Junction

Mandurah Junction is a LandCorp initiative set to transform a 15 hectare site adjoining the Mandurah train station and bus interchange into a high quality transit orientated community for up to 2,000 residents.  Working alongside Landcorp’s project team, CLE has been the lead project planner / urban designer from the initial feasibility and scenario planning, through to the delivery of the project.

Mandurah Junction delivers housing densities and dwelling types that reflect the strategic location adjacent to the Mandurah train station, and balances this with recognition of the site’s environmental attributes, and the expectations of the existing Mandurah community, being an industry leader in transit orientated development.
