Forrestdale

The Forrestdale Master Plan is a massive collaborative planning, environmental and engineering undertaking  over a substantial 680ha urban expansion area south of Perth. With the challenges posed by multiple ownerships, district drainage and environmental matters and broad infrastructure coordination to address, CLE together with DPS and RD,  and under the guidance of the North Forrestdale Steering Committee, produced the comprehensive district planning and cost sharing framework upon which individual owners now pursue  their subdivision and development approvals.
