East Baldivis

Baldivis is the fastest growing urban area in the south west metropolitan corridor.  East Baldivis, comprising approximately 376 ha of urban land and potentially yielding over 4,500 lots, is one of the last remaining undeveloped cells in the Baldivis district.  CLE is fortunate to represent Mirvac and Perron Developments in this corridor, who between them have the potential to deliver approximately 1,800 – 2,000 residential lots, as well as two primary schools and a government high school.

CLE is the lead project planner for both the (independently run) Mirvac and Perron projects, working with two highly skilled project teams. Both projects have had to overcome a number of land use challenges throughout the planning stages including bushfire mitigation, hydrological considerations, acoustic attenuation, and gas pipeline protection with the strong support and involvement of the City of Rockingham.
