Banksia Grove

The Banksia Grove Estate is a master planned community approximately 5km north of the Wanneroo Town Centre. It is a joint venture between the Department of Housing and Banksia Grove Nominees and will ultimately support approximately 3,500 to 4,000 dwellings. As the planning consultant, CLE has participated in the creation of an entirely new master planning approach which has seen the integration of a small base of existing residents within a stunning new community, whilst preserving significant natural attributes of the area and planning for new commercial, recreation and social infrastructure opportunities.

A key component of this project included establishing the delivery and urban form of the 20,000m² District Centre.  Working closely with project architects, consultant team and City of Wanneroo, CLE were involved in the formulation and delivery of the main street based design concept and associated structure plan approval.
