Baldivis Grove

Baldivis grove is a boutique residential community, comprising approximately 360 dwellings, that is nestled an existing semi-rural setting. Key features include the creation of an Early Childhood Centre, a centrally located, linear area of public open space, the retention of the unique landform of the site, as well as the protection of a number of significant trees within the estate. CLE has been fortunate to work with Australand in the delivery of this project with the support of the City of Rockingham and Department of Planning.
